Christmas Beauty Advent Calendars 2015

Christmas is here once again, it's full on Christmas decorations in the shops and it's all making me a tad exciting. I haven't bought a single Christmas present or card yet (don't tell anyone) and there is only just over a month until Christmas Day! But before Christmas presents you need an advent calendar, and recently beauty advent calendars have been creeping in becoming more and more popular, with more beauty brands taking part each year and I'm going to give you a rundown of a few of my favourites...

Benefit

The Benefit Advent Calendar was probably the very first beauty advent calendar that I had ever seen, and I was like 'what are these?! You can get a beauty advent calendar!' Benefit are back again this year with another highly anticipated advent calendar called Party Poppers Advent Calendar. Now the pictures and colours used aren't exactly the most Christmas themed you'll see, which I was slightly disappointed about, but you can't really complain when you are receiving some classic Benefit products.

There are 12 doors to open - so they are doing the 12 days of Christmas and each door will reveal one of Benefit's cult classic products. The set also opens to a festive little tune. Benefit advent calendar is the one to buy if you're looking for a bit of everything to add to your makeup collection. This calendar is £34.50

The Body Shop

The Body Shop advent calendar this year is presented beautifully, this one is called 24 Days Happy and you get 24 individually boxed presents, which in my opinion makes opening each day even more special. It's initially closed with a bow, so when you open it it's like unwrapping a present.

The colour is much more festive than the Benefit one with it being green like a Christmas tree with a cute little red bow which I love. It has some classic Body Shop items, plus some of their latest items! Treats included are ones from their bath & body, skincare, makeup and fragrances, this advent calendar is available now for £60.00 with a value of £93.50, so you definitely save money!

Marks & Spencers

I was surprised when I saw that Marks & Sparks were doing an advent calendar this year. This is a great advent calendar if you wanted one for yourself or if you wanted to treat your mum to one, I feel like this is quite a universal calendar, it is for anyone. Marks and Spencer give a feeling of class so will make anyone who buys it feel special. The advent calendar is filled with 24 treats and includes some amazing brands such as Rodial, REN, Stila, and Cowshed!

This beauty advent calendar costs £25.00 when you spend more than £25.00 in M&S beauty, but you're getting 24 gifts with a wor of £200.

Selfridges

This beauty advent calendar is exciting, I mean it's from Selfridges for a start and they have an amazing beauty hall. This advent calendar is a bit like going shopping round one of the ultimate beauty halls, but each day you don't know what you're going to get. This luxury beauty advent calendar includes treats from brands like Kiehl's, LancĂ´me, YSL and Victor and Rolf.

This is available exclusively at Selfridges for £95.00 so a bit of a beauty splurge, but worth it if you want a range of high end beauty products.

Charlotte Tilbury

The mother of all beauty advent calendars, one of the people's favourite makeup artists. 'The Book Of Make Up Magic' the name of it just makes you want to buy it, the packaging is so pretty and it really does look like a book. It has a glistening photo of maybe a makeup fairy, it really is pretty. It includes many of her best-selling products and is a mix of both travel size and full size products.

This is the ultimate beauty advent calendar splurge as it costs £150, but I think it's well worth the purchase if you are a lover of Charlotte Tilbury.

See you next week!
xx
